I am a self-taught artist who has experimented with many mediums, but oils have always been my favourite. As an avid outdoor enthusiast, I draw inspiration from my experiences and the beauty of nature. I am particularly inspired by Canadian impressionist painters, and strive to capture the essence of their style in my work. When I’m not in the studio you can find me camping and traveling, always on the lookout for new scenes to capture in my paintings. I believe that the beauty of nature can never be fully captured on canvas, but I enjoy the challenge of trying. My goal as an artist is to inspire others to appreciate the natural world and the beauty that surrounds us every day.
