Dimmick Studio does not support returns because the products are personalized and made specifically for each order If a product is damaged upon delivery, or the customer discovers any defect in a product or is not satisfied with the quality of a delivered product, the customer must notify Dimmick Studio by addressing Dimmick Studio customer service within 2 days after the date of receipt of the product.
